I'm especially keen to know if you've tried a recipe and couldn't figure out my instructions or if you have improvements to suggest.

I'll probably be on my deck with my grills, my dogs, and an adult beverage, but when I've finished cooking and eating, I'll get back to you. I get a lot of email, so if you have meat on the grill, don't count on an answer before dinner time. But so far I've been able to respond to all inquiries, usually within a few days. Dunno how much longer I can keep it up...

Do me a favor, though. Use the search box in the upper right first. Good chance your question is answered somewhere in the 300 plus pages on this site.

One more thing. The vast majority of the questions I get can be answered with this: Don't believe your grill's thermometer. I have seen them off by 50F. Even the really cool looking ones. And chances are they are measuring the dome temp, not the temp at the grate near the meat. There can be a 20F diff. Also, for most meats you really really should use a good digital meat thermometer to prevent over or undercooking. Read my buying guide to thermometers and my meat temperature guide.
