A unique feature for this large model is a removable divider that is cut out to fit the shape of the closed grill. It drops down between the burners and butts up against the curved hood to isolate two distinct cooking zones. It has a 11,000 BTU side burner & 12,000s BTU IR Rear Burner with Rotisserie kit included and a built-in smoke box. Blue Ember makes quality BBQ grills with... Read More

PlaceholderBlack horizontal barrel grill with a chimney coming out of the top right. Mounted on four legs with two wheels and a lower shelf.
On October 8, 2015, Brinkmann filed for Chapter 11 under the US bankruptcy code.  The Brinkmann 55 Gallon Drum Charcoal Grill is a generic device offered in similar versions by other manufacturers. As is often the case with Brinkmann, they throw in a few upgrades that are worth noting. The large steel wheels ease the task of moving this big horizontal BBQ drum. Brinkmann also offers... PlaceholderTwo black horizontal barrel grills mounted side by side on a red trailer with wheels.
On October 8, 2015, Brinkmann filed for Chapter 11 under the US bankruptcy code.  The Brinkmann Roadmaster is their Dual Function Charcoal/Gas Smoker and Grill on wheels. We don't care for these combo grills because we feel you can usually get better equipment by purchasing a separate charcoal and gas grill, and if one of them drops dead, it's not joined at the hip to the other. That... Read More

PlaceholderBlack horizontal offset smoker with a chimney on the left and firebox on the right. Mounted on four legs with two wheels and a lower shelf.
On October 8, 2015, Brinkmann filed for Chapter 11 under the US bankruptcy code.  There was a time when the Brinkmann name appeared on line of serious smokers that were made so solid they came with a 75-year limited warranty! The Cimarron, Longhorn and Southfork smokers were built with tight tolerances and made with 1/4 inch steel. Turns out they were actually made for Brinkmann by the... Read More

PlaceholderLightweight gas grill with lid up. Mounted on for thin legs with two wheels and shelves attached to each side.
You don't get much more basic than Char-Broil's 2-Burner Classic. It's small in size and price. The two 13,250 BTU stainless steel main burners actually have a bit higher output than many comparable grills. Ignition is piezo electric. The housing is porcelain coated steel and cooking grates are porcelain coated steel rods. You get a few useful extras: 8000 BTU side burner, side shelves... Read More

Char-Broil's 3-Burner with Side Burner is yet another made cheap to sell cheap product that Char-Broil excels in producing, and we mean that as a compliment. There is obviously a huge market for low cost BBQ gassers, and this one is actually large for the money and has higher powered burners than most of the competition. You get three 12,000 BTU main burners and one 12,000 BTU side... Read More

PlaceholderLarge shiny steel gas grill on a double door cart with black trim.
Char-Broil's Classic 6-Burner boasts a whopping 650 square inches of primary cooking surface. Five 10,000 BTU stainless steel main burners, one cave-era 15,000 BTU "sear burner" and one 10,000 BTU side burner. The 10K mains don't pack a lot of power, although the porcelain coated cast iron grates will get hot enough to create grill marks and the 15,000 BTU burner will give you a boost.... Read More

PlaceholderSmall shiny 2-burner gas grill mounted on a single door cart with shelves on both sides.
This 2-Burner is the smallest Char-Broil Gourmet grill. A good choice for environments with limited space like an apartment patio. The side tables fold down and the grill can be rolled out of the way when not in use. Char-Broil's Gourmet line, formerly called Red, has a significantly different design than their Commercial or Professional models. Below the porcelain coated cast iron... Read More

PlaceholderShiny 3-burner gas grill mounted on a double door cart with shelves on both sides.
Formerly called Red, Char-Broil's Gourmet line has a significantly different design than the Commercial or Professional models. Below the porcelain coated cast iron grates and above the burners sits a dark non-stick trough that radiates heat to the cooking surface. This makes the entire grill an indirect cooker. There is no ability to cook directly over live fire and no radiant panels... Read More
