We tested and reviewed the larger version of this big, beautifully designed smoker and gave it our AmazingRibs.com Gold Medal. Fully welded with solid construction, H2O 36 incorporates Mixon’s signature water pan design with a clever auto fill feature. H2O 36 holds 16 slabs of baby back ribs and is big enough for a small pig.

The 60 inch long smoke box is separated into two sections and the large section is big enough for a whole hog. Arizona BBQ Outfitter’s Scottsdale Cooker is a clever design that melds an adjustable height charcoal grill with a Santa Maria, vertical lift grill. Read our review of this unique cooker.
