So easy to make, this yogurt sauce recipe has only a few ingredients yet adds great flavor to meat and poultry. The sauce tastes best after it rests for a while.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup plain yogurt (the thick Greek or strained kind is best)
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 pinches Morton Coarse Kosher Salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon dill, dried or fresh
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves or cilantro
  • ½ teaspoon honey
Notes:
About the salt. Remember, kosher salt is half the concentration of table salt so if you use table salt, use half as much. Click here to read more about salt and how it works.
