Get one for yourself and one for Dad.
Father's Day is just around the corner...
By Meathead Goldwyn
A versatile sauce for lamburgers, hamburgers, grilled chicken, and turkey. Yes, I said hamburgers. You'd be surprised.
Makes. A bit more than 1/4 cup
Takes. 10 minutes
1/4 cup plain yogurt (the thick kind is best)
3 tablespoons sour cream
1 pinch table salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dill, dried or fresh
2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped small
1 tablespoon mint leaves or cilantro, chopped small
1/2 teaspoon honey
Stir together all the ingredients. You can use it immediately, but if you leave it in the fridge a few hours the flavors have a chance to mingle more.

1) Please use the table of contents or the search box at the top of every page before you ask for help, then please post your question on the appropriate page.
2) Please tell us everything we need to know to answer your question such as the type of cooker and thermometer you are using. Dial thermometers are often off by as much as 50°F so if you are not using a good digital thermometer we probably can't help you. Please read this article about thermometers.
3) If you post a photo, wait a minute for a thumbnail to appear. It will happen even if you don't see it happen.
