Brigit Binns is Meathead’s culinary consultant, advisor, and confidant. She and Meathead have collaborated on his next book: “Meathead On Fire” which will be released in 2025. She is the author of almost thirty cookbooks, many for Williams-Sonoma.
Brigit and her husband Casey Biggs, aka “Paso Wine Man” (and also an accomplished actor) run the culinary retreat Refugio Paso Robles, a stunning B&B in the wine country of California. Meathead says “She has taught me much, corrected my stupidities, and the recipes that we have developed together always bowl me over.”
Brigit’s very personal memoir Rottenkid: A Succulent Story of Survival, was released on March 5, 2024, to critical acclaim; it won the top honor at the London Book Festival in April of ‘24
