Instead of flame tents, Viking employs ceramic briquettes affixed in a stainless steel frame that can be flipped over after cooking to burn off grease and gunk. A 15,000 BTU rotisserie backburner and rotisserie kit are included. Twin halogen light in the hood. Electric power is 120V.
