This company is out of business and the reason is obvious. There are forums created and devoted to the woes of the Kamado.com owners. They talk about frozen top dampers that break into pieces, tiles that crumble off, terrible quality, no follow up on warranty claims and money kept but no product delivered. The owner tried to embark on a new venture selling electric kamados online at www.electrickamado.com but don’t bother clicking this link, Electric Kamado is also out of business.
