Joseph Lodge opened his first foundry in 1986 in the Appalachian Mountains of Tennessee. The company grew and continues to grow producing a very large catalog of seasoned cast iron, enameled cast iron, and stainless steel cooking equipment. Manufacturing has expanded both in the USA and China.
