Member’s Mark is an exclusive brand made for Sam’s Club by low cost Asian manufacturers. Some come from Nexgrill, headquartered in Taiwan, some by Winner’s Product’s out of Singapore, some are made by Rankam Group with headquarters in Hong Kong and US facilities in Gardena, CA. They all manufacture a variety of outdoor equipment under many brand names.
