Char-Broil’s Quickset 2-Burner is similar to other CB models. Char-Broil excels in producing grills that are made cheap to sell cheap, and we mean that as a compliment. There is obviously a huge market for low cost gassers, and Char-Broil manages to build in just a little more quality than most brands in this price range.
You get two 13,250 BTU stainless steel tube burners. Porcelain coated steel is used throughout on the housing and steel wire cooking grates. Piezo electric ignition fires it up. The cart is stripped down, like the grill: a frame with side shelves and two large black plastic wheels.
It is what it is. If you have the $$, step up to the next BBQ level and get something that cooks better and will last longer. You can even look at Char-Broil’s TRU-Infrared Commercial 2-Burner. If you don’t, this isn’t a bad choice. Warranty is 5 years on the burners, 2 on the cook box and 1 on everything else.
