Cleaver: An Ideal Knife To Have On Hand For Cutting Through Bone

When cutting through bones, a cleaver is a great tool to have in the kitchen. The heft of these knives allows you to easily whack your way through bigger bones like lamb shanks or duck necks. I don’t use mine often, but every now and then I’m glad I have one.
