This inexpensive dial thermometer displayed good accuracy. It has both a Fahrenheit and a Celsius scale. These types of thermometers are designed to respond slowly to temperature changes so that they read the average temp with no ability to discern minimum or maximum temperatures.
The manufacturer’s contact info, including address, telephone number and website, is found on the packaging material. The unit is covered by a one year warranty.
We’re not usually fond of dial-type thermometers because they often lack accuracy, however this one appears to agree with more sophisticated measuring equipment. Given the price, we’ll give it a Bronze medal for getting the job done.
