American Barbecue System’s Judge 4 ft. is a large capacity smoker suitable for commercial and BBQ competition use. It has an electric rotisserie that rotates meats on eight stainless steel shelves. As the rotisserie racks move in a carousel path, juices drip to the racks below to self-baste and the constant motion ensures even cooking. The large firebox is positioned at the back below the smoke box and can double as a high heat direct grill with included stainless grill grates.
Our posted MSRP is for the 4 foot model pictured above on a frame with single axel, safety chains, light kit and stabilizer legs. It can be ordered on a flatbed trailer and is available in a larger 5 ft. model. The rotisserie system is removable and may be replaced with slide out stainless cooking shelves. Judge may be purchased without the rotisserie for less $$. It is also available as a stainless steel model.
