This beautifully designed and crafted 3-burner has all the attributes one would expect from a luxury grill: High quality 304 stainless steel construction with seamless welds, and powerful 27,500 BTU burners that produce a wide range of temps from low and slow BBQ to a blazing sear. All models come standard with an integrated, hidden rotisserie system. The motor is encased inside the double walled firebox and a chain drive turns the removable spit, which may be inserted inside the hood and is completely enclosed when the lid is down. When not in use, the spit may be stowed in a niche under the top lip of the control panel. Ceramic infrared backburner is included.
The U-shaped burners are a stainless steel and titanium blend. An optional 27,500 BTU sear burner is available with V-shaped cooking grates that catch drippings and sizzle the tasty goodness right at the cook surface. Standard grates are heavy 3/8″ stainless steel rods. A small smoker drawer opens from the front control panel. One may fill it with wood chips or herbs then ignite with the dedicated 5,000 BTU burner positioned underneath.

Instead of heat tents, Alfresco employs porcelain ceramic briquettes held in a stainless steel frame that can easily be flipped to burn off grease and gunk after cooking. The three position warming rack folds up and out of the way for rotisserie use. 110V power is required for ignition, halogen hood lights and the rotisserie.
The cart has two drawers and a door. LP users access the tank via the door. A slide out tank shelf is provided.
