DCS started the luxury stainless steel outdoor kitchen movement in the 80s. This mid-sized three burner displays the quality and innovation that keeps DCS on a short list for many independent hearth and patio distributors. Instead of heat tents, DCS uses a bed of thin ceramic rods mounted in stainless steel frames that cover the powerful 25,000 BTU burners. Many believe ceramic briquettes radiate intense heat and distribute heat better than your typical metal diffusers. The blanket of thin ceramic rods is intended to accentuate heat dispersion at all temperature ranges.

Rather than rods or flat laser cut sheets for cooking grates, DSC uses rows of stainless steel with channels shaped like a W or M depending on which side one chooses. These grates, resting at a slight angle above the ceramic rods, constitute the patented DCS grease management system. Drippings are captured in the channels to add BBQ flavor and sizzle while preventing flare-ups. Excess drippings travel down the angled channels and are guided into the grease tray, reminiscent of Argentine V-shaped grates.
A heavy-duty rotisserie with 50 lb. capacity and water proof motor is included. Top quality 304 grade stainless construction all the way around. Available for drop-ins or cart mounted in NG or LP configurations.
