DCS started the luxury stainless steel outdoor kitchen movement in the 80s. This mid-sized three burner displays the quality and innovation that keeps DCS on a short list for many independent hearth and patio distributors. Instead of heat tents, DCS uses a bed of thin ceramic rods mounted in stainless steel frames that cover the powerful 25,000 BTU burners. Many believe ceramic briquettes radiate intense heat and distribute heat better than your typical metal diffusers. The blanket of thin ceramic rods is intended to accentuate heat dispersion at all temperature ranges.
Rather than rods or flat laser cut sheets for cooking grates, DSC uses rows of stainless steel with channels shaped like a W or M depending on which side one chooses. These grates, resting at a slight angle above the ceramic rods, constitute the patented DCS grease management system. Drippings are captured in the channels to add BBQ flavor and sizzle while preventing flare-ups. Excess drippings travel down the angled channels and are guided into the grease tray, reminiscent of Argentine V-shaped grates.
A heavy-duty rotisserie with 50 lb. capacity and water proof motor is included. Top quality 304 grade stainless construction all the way around. Available for drop-ins or cart mounted in NG or LP configurations.
DCS, (Dynamic Cooking Systems), manufactures a full line of high quality, luxury indoor and outdoor cooking equipment. In the 1980s their pioneering team of designers began developing commercial quality, stainless steel products that offered professional styled kitchen and grill equipment to the home chef. They are widely credited with popularizing stainless steel for residential cooking. Many from this visionary team went on to start their own luxury brands.
In addition to their extensive catalog of beautiful, high performance outdoor kitchen items from cart mounted to drop-in grills, drawers, refrigeration and modular island components, DCS offers everything you need indoors as well, from microwaves to dishwashers.

A big part of this site is our unbiased equipment and product reviews. We love playing with toys and we have no problem calling them the way we see them. Some companies pay a finder’s fee if a reader clicks a link on AmazingRibs.com and buys a product. It has zero impact on our reviews, zero impact on the price you pay, and the sites never tell us what you bought, but it has a major impact on our ability to keep this site alive! This is the first propane smoker with a thermostat, making this baby foolproof. Set ThermoTemp’s dial from 175° to 350°F and the thermostat inside will adjust the burner just like an indoor kitchen oven. All you need to do is add wood to the tray above the burner to start smokin’.
Napoleon’s 22″ Pro Cart Charcoal Kettle Grill puts a few spins on the familiar kettle design. In fact, the hinged lid with a handle on the front, spins in a rotary motion 180 degrees. It’s hard to beat a Weber kettle, but Napoleon holds its own and adds some unique features to make the 22″ Pro Cart a viable alternative.
Built around SnS Grill’s patented Slow ‘N Sear charcoal kettle accessory, this 22-inch kamado is a premium ceramic grill that brings true 2-zone cooking to a kamado.
The FireBoard Spark is a hybrid combining instant-read capability, a cabled temperature probe, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity. We gave Spark a Platinum Medal for pushing the envelope of product capability while maintaining high standards of design and workmanship.
Winner of the National BBQ Association’s product of the year award. This 8.5″ x 11″ magnet contains more that 80 benchmark temperatures for meats (both USDA recommended temps as well as the temps chefs recommend), fats and oils, sugars, sous vide, eggs, collagens, wood combustion, breads, and more. Although it is not certified as all-weather, we have tested it outdoors in Chicago weather and it has not delaminated in three years, but there is minor fading.
The amazing Karubecue is the most innovative smoker in the world. The quality of meat from this machine is astonishing. At its crux is a patented firebox that burns logs above the cooking chamber and sucks heat and extremely clean blue smoke into the thermostat controlled oven. It is our favorite smoker, period.

The PK-360, with 360 square inches of cooking space, this rust free, cast aluminum charcoal grill is durable and easy to use. Four-way venting means it’s easy to set up for two zone cooking with more control than single vent Kamado grills. It is beautifully designed, completely portable, and much easier to set up for 2-zone cooking than any round kamado.
