The George Foreman 15 Serving Indoor/Outdoor Grill is an attractive electric cooker that can be used as a tabletop grill, or freestanding grill by mounting it on an included pedestal. A non-stick ribbed griddle cooking surface has a slightly indented center to channel grease into a removable grease cup concealed inside. The cook surface is removable and dishwasher safe.
Temperature is set via a basic Lo to High dial controller. To set a specific temperature one needs a digital thermometer to dial up the desired heat from the 1600 watt element. Single surface electric grills have trouble generating high heat, so the domed lid is essential to maintain temps and also make roasting possible.
These grills are insanely popular and the overwhelming majority of buyers love them. Apartment and condo dwellers who cannot have an outdoor BBQ with an open flame should consider this aesthetically pleasing value priced device.
