Cobb Premier Portable Charcoal Grill Review

Cobb Premium Portable Charcoal Grill
Buy Now Links

The Cobb Premier Portable Charcoal Grill is a unique stainless steel grill. Weighing just 8 pounds and needing only 8 charcoal briquettes to cook for about 2 hours, Cobb Premier can grill (poorly), smoke (nicely), boil (just fine), fry (no prob), or bake (yes it can), although you’ll need some additional Cobb accessories to fully utilize its capabilities. The problem is that foods are not exposed to direct flame. This eliminates flare ups, but hampers proper searing and flavor. You cannot get a good sear on a steak with this thing. A stay cool base allows you to hold the round base even while cooking. Made almost entirely of stainless steel, all parts are dishwasher safe. The 12″ diameter cook surface is pretty darn small.

Carrying case included.
