American Barbecue System’s Pit–Boss is a large capacity smoker suitable for residential and commercial BBQ use. It has an electric rotisserie that rotates meats on eight stainless steel shelves. As the rotisserie racks move in a carousel path, juices drip to the racks below to self-baste and the constant motion ensures even cooking. The firebox is positioned at the back below the smoke box and can double as a high heat direct grill with an included stainless grill grate.
The rotisserie system is removable and may be replaced with slide out stainless steel cooking shelves. Pit-Boss may be purchased in this configuration for several hundred dollars less. It is also available in stainless steel.
