Light up the grill at night with this set of two magnetic gooseneck LED grill lights from BBQ Dragon.
Each BBQ light is powered by three AAA batteries which the manufacturer claims will power each light for 20 consecutive hours. The lights feature 9 high-density LEDs that are turned on and off using a touch sensor button, providing bright, glare-free beams that can be adjusted 360 degrees thanks to flexible 4.5-inch long goosenecks.
The approximately 4-inch tall heat-resistant aluminum alloy body is water resistant, making it perfect for outdoor use year-round. The powerful magnet bases make them easy to attach to most metal surfaces, though be aware that they will not adhere to stainless steel grills which are better suited for a clamp-able lamp like this one.
Since the lights are portable (they actually come in a small carrying case), you can also use them for camping, car repairs, etc. As with many LED grill lights in the $15-30 price range, the LED lights are not replaceable so once they die the entire unit needs to be replaced, though they should last several years depending on the amount of use and how they are treated.
This, coupled with the fact that the short gooseneck limits the range of the lights and that they cannot be used with stainless steel grills earned the BBQ Dragon magnetic grill light a silver medal.
