Weber Q 2400 Electric Grill Review

Weber electric grills get pretty hot so we award them our AmazingRibs.com Silver Medal. Our review describes Q 2400's two aluminum heat retention liners that prevent heat from escaping. Additionally, the conductive properties of coated cast iron grates on all Q models help produce good sear marks.

It has a single, 13,000 BTU, stainless steel disc burner covered with a shallow, bowl-shaped heat emitter. The emitter has a hole in the middle capped off by a small heat tent. The round porcelain coated grate is a solid cast sheet of V-shaped grooves.
