This thermometer has pre-programmed meat/doneness combinations that are not user-adjustable. The buttons tended to double-key and the response time was slow.
The manufacturer’s contact info, including address, telephone number, website and e-mail, is found on the instruction sheet. The warranty is one year.
This unit’s response time is too slow to be called a rapid-read thermometer. Couple that with poor tactile feedback buttons that double-key, and this thermometer is a pain to use. We don’t recommend it.
