This classic, heavy cast aluminum grill hearkens back to the early days when most gas grill were aluminum rather than coated metal or stainless steel. It has one stainless steel H-burner, which functions as two burners and has a separate control knob for each side. Electric ignition is standard. Broilmaster uses briquettes instead of heat tents and stainless steel rod grates. It’s available in LP or NG models.
Product Information:
Manufacturer:
Broilmaster has manufactured Premium Gas Grills since 1966. Along with Modern Home Products and PGS, Broilmaster is one of the first gas grill manufacturers. Most Broilmaster grills still have the signature cast aluminum body that was typical of early gassers. These grills will not rust and can last forever.
Although much of Broilmaster’s catalog appears old fashioned, they have some stainless steel models with a contemporary look. They also have infrared options and a unique “Smoker Shutter” which employsย louvered stainless steel slates above the burners that open for direct heat and close to promote indirect, radiant heat.
Broilmaster is owned by Empire Comfort Systems, a fourth generation, family manufacturer of heaters and fireplaces. Although not sold at big box outlets, they are widely available online and at many independent hearth and patio stores.
