Fontana considers The Forno Toscano Margherita Wood Fired Pizza Oven to be their signature product. Unlike their Dual Chamber designs with enclosed fire and cook boxes, Margherita is a traditional domed pizza oven with an open front. Exterior dimensions are 34″ x 31″ x 77″ and interior dimensions are 24″ x 24″ x 14″. Instead of bricks or cast refractory material, Fontana uses heavily insulated steel construction which heats up faster than refractory ovens, but cools off faster as well. It has a food grade stone cooking floor.
Margherita comes with a vented stainless steel door and an upper damper is located in the chimney. The oven sits on top of a cart with a bottom storage shelf and wheels in the back. Two pull out handles at the front of the cart help tilt it back onto the wheels for easy movement. Choose from a red, black or stainless steel finish.

Manufacturer:
Fontana Forni metal ovens are made in Italy. Metal pizza ovens heat up faster than heavy brick and cast refractory ovens, but they cool off faster as well. They are also much lighter and may be moved around a patio or balcony with ease.
Fontana Forni offers some unique features, such as integrated convection fans and interior lights, not commonly found on most backyard pizza ovens. They sell related accessories as well.
