Renato’s PR/310 Outdoor Oven is a heavy, traditional dome-shaped wood burning oven made of thick refractory material weighing a total of 1,500 pounds. PR/310 comes complete with a steel reinforced pedestal on casters and a set of tools. You get a pizza paddle, oven door, deck brush, chimney flue and cap.
PR/310 is Renato’s most popular freestanding residential model. It has a 14.75″ x 8.5″ oven opening and 24″ diameter oven floor. The oven is pictured above with an optional Renato Arch and Mantle that adds $750 to the price tag.
Renato Riccio immigrated to the United States in his early 20s and began working in the food industry. In 1981 he founded Renato Ovens. Today Renato manufacturers and distributes Wood, Gas and Infrared brick ovens, rotisseries and charbroilers.
Renato strives to combine old world tradition with modern technology by adding temperature controls, safety features and gas options. They produce a variety of products for residential and commercial use.
