The Camp Chef Camping table is basically a camping bag that wraps around an aluminum frame. The table is durable, water-resistant 600 Denier ripstop nylon, and it offers a large internal storage compartment that users can divide into four separate sections. Following is our Camp Chef organizer review.

You can unzip these sections to make one large compartment or two large compartments, side by side. In addition to the storage area, you are also equipped with four internal storage bags.

One of these bags has lining and insulation and can act as a short-term soft-sided cooler. You can also store the whole Camp Chef Camping oven or a Camp Chef Mountain Series Stove inside the internal storage area. That comes in handy at the campsite where storage is always at a premium.

Review
The bag fits on the table fairly tight and gives the light frame support and additional rigidity. The top of the Camp Chef Sherpa is a nice aluminum roll-top style table top. These aluminum roll-tops pack away nicely, they don’t rust, and you can clean them very easily. Once you assemble the unit, the roll-top simply clips into place.

The bag is also a convenient storage pouch for packing away the roll-top table.

Large handles on the side of the assembly make handling the unit easy. It’s a really nice feature.

Camp Chef makes the legs from telescoping, lightweight aluminum, and they can be wobbly. This is especially true when there is no weight on the top of the table or the internal storage area is empty. That being said, I never had any issues with it tipping over and never felt it was inadequate to hold the weight of the Camp Chef oven or the Camp Chef Mountain Series stove. Camp Chef says the table weight limit is 66 pounds; more than enough to accommodate anything that you would need at the campsite.

The packaging was effective and assembly was easy.
Based on our Camp Chef Organizer review, we believe it is really handy to have at the campsite. Simple to set up and stow away, it keeps you organized, creates a good workspace, and makes cooking easier. I give the Camp Chef Sherpa Camp Table our AmazingRibs.com Gold Medal rating.
