This discontinued 4-burner was the largest model in Char-Broil’s Gourmet line. We reviewed it previously. Gourmet’s had an unusual design. Below the porcelain coated cast iron grates sat a dark non-stick trough that radiated heat to the cooking surface. This made the entire grill an indirect cooker.
