Keep your favorite beverage at just the right temperature
Yeti Rambler mugs come in a variety of sizes and colors. You can get capacities ranging from 10 ounce (295ml) to 30 ounce (887ml) and in a dozen different colors. The 10- and 14-ounce mugs are short and stackable. Mugs with 20 through 30-ounce capacities are tall mugs, two of which are smaller at the base to fit most cupholders. There are a couple of different lid styles (some include a hole for a straw), and the mugs are available with stainless steel or ceramic linings. All mugs have a welded handle for a secure grip and are well-insulated to keep your beverage hot or cold.
Stackable and well-insulated
I reviewed the Yeti Rambler 14-ounce stackable mug with the ceramic lining. It’s too large in diameter to fit the typical cup holders found in cars. The lid has a slider that restricts the liquid to your desired flow rate, but it is not quite drip-proof. The lid can be installed in any position with respect to the handle, so it doesn’t favor one hand over the other. I found it to be well-insulated: the exterior barely got warm when the cup was full of hot coffee. The lids have a rubber O-ring that prevents any significant spillage should the cup tip over briefly. The build quality is excellent with all parts fitting together as they should. The lid on my sample fit quite snugly, requiring a bit of a push to remove it from the mug.
Yeti drinkware isn’t cheap, but prices aren’t higher than other quality products of this type. I’ve been using their cups for camping and RVing for a few years and I’ve never had a problem with any of them. I recommend Yeti Rambler Mugs.
