American Barbecue Systems Bar-Be-Cube ia a charcoal cabinet or vertical smoker with a couple neat design twists. Four of the five stainless steel cooking shelves inside the BBQ smoke box may be accessed by the front door, while the fifth sits on top under a hingedย hood like a regular charcoal grill.
The firebox at the bottom is in a slide out drawer and may be removed and repositioned under the top grate for direct high temperature grilling. Shown above. ABS offers an optional 20 lb. stanless steel pellet feed system for this model.
It has two removable stainless steel side shelves and stainless coiled “stay cool” handles. Two casters and two large wheels.
